The nomination form below may be used to identify and celebrate a member of the AKHS Community who demonstrates excellence in service of the community. The nominations are NOT limited to teachers!!! All staff, volunteers, committee members, parents and coaches may be nominated.
Some of the criteria that the individual may demonstrate are:
Consistently dependable and is punctual in reporting to work.
Active involvement in committees, fund-raisers, fairs, trainings, and other miscellaneous activities.
Serves as a role model to others.
Knows the why, as well as the what.
And maintains that highest levels of:
Professionalism.
Honesty and integrity.
Innovative ideas.
Problem-solving abilities.
Ambitious.
Dependability, reliability, and responsibility.
