Beverly Woods eBlast

In the event BWE needs to deliver information to our families quickly, we would like to be able to reach parents electronically as well as through the Connect Ed phone system. We have an e-mail listserv at BWE that allows us to send e-mail communications. The main use of our listserv is to send information on school events, but it can also be used to deliver information that needs to reach families quickly. For example, if inclement weather forces an early dismissal we might send an eblast to our families to reach parents at work and/or at home. This also aids in our effort to go green and save on paper and printing.

If you are not receiving eblasts through the BWE listserv, you may join the appropriate grade level list by following the link below. Fill in your name and e-mail address to join. You may complete the form more than once if you want to receive news at multiple addresses. The links below can also be used to leave the listserv group.

If your email changes throughout the year, you will have to remove your old address (go to the same site and you will see "leave-----") and then add the new one.

Thanks for your help in making sure that we are able to reach families quickly and efficiently. Please contact Michael Jerrell at 980-343-3627 with any questions.
