New Enrollments:  You wish to enroll or re-enroll your child at Butler High School.  This includes students transferring to Butler from other schools.  Go to Enrolling Your Student for the paperwork and documentation we need from you.  After we process your paperwork, a counselor will contact you by phone to set up a class schedule and speak with your student.

Withdrawing Your Student:  You are transferring from Butler to another school within the district, to another county, or another state.  Print this Withdrawal Form and send copies of your new lease or mortgage and a utility bill or work order dated within the last 30 days to our registrar using the instructions above.  Before we release your student, you need to make arrangements with the school to return our Chromebook and charger, pay any fines, and return any school property such as textbooks and library books.

Address Changes:  You have moved and need to update your address with the school.  Go to Change of Address to print the form and see the documentation needed from you.  Submit the form following the instructions above.  Let us know if your student will need bus transportation.

Residency Affidavits:  Your name is not on the lease or mortgage.  Please go to Residency Affidavit for the form the leaseholder/owner needs to complete and the documentation we need from them.
