Technology Troubleshooting & Repair (bit.ly/butlertechsupport) -
If you have an issue with your Chromebook, wifi hot spot, or other technical question, please use this link to submit a ticket and we will find a resolution. If you are experiencing a Canvas issue, please contact any of your teachers first. Your teacher can elevate the issue if necessary. Only submit this ticket if you are having problems. First, try and troubleshoot the problem using the information below. If you must file a ticket, please be very specific about the problem so we can do our best to help you.
Log-In Information:
Please click on this link https://bit.ly/butlerlogins for directions on logging into your Chromebook, internet filter, and NCedCloud account. You need NCedCloud to access Canvas and PowerSchool.
NOTE: If you are having trouble logging into your NCedCloud account, it's most likely because you changed your birthdate password. NCedCloud passwords were not reset back to default, so try the last password you used or email any one of your teachers for help in resetting if you are unable to recover it using your security questions.
