In an effort to ensure that our students are safe and focused on
teaching and learning, we have instituted a school wide technology policy effective August 2014.
This policy protects our students from misuse of social media and/or
distractions that take away from their learning while they are at school.
Students are to keep personal technology either at home or in their backpack
turned off and out of sight. If the technology is utilized by the student
and/or visible at school, then the technology will be confiscated. The
technology will be secured in the main office for 3 days. After 3 days, a
parent or guardian may come to the school to retrieve the technology. The
technology will not be returned to the student, an adult must come and retrieve
the technology after 3 days. Thank you for your support with our
