Student Registration for the 2021-2022 School Year

Student registration for the 2021-2022 school year is currently open. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are providing several safe options for submitting student enrollment packets and required documents.

1. Download enrollment forms and submit online

2. Pick up a paper copy at Lawrence Orr Elementary and submit online

3. Submit paper copy in-person

Please make sure to include all required information:

• Certified Birth Certificate

• Two Proofs of Mecklenburg County Residency

• Current Immunization records (Complete record required by 1st day of school entry)

• Health Assessment (Required for all Pre-K, Kindergarten new CMS & NC students)

Completed enrollment packets with all required documents may be scanned and sent via email to LOESregistration@cms.k12.nc.us .

Option 2. Pick up a paper copy of the enrollment packet at Lawrence Orr Elementary and submit online

Enrollment packets will be located in a labeled bin near the front door of the school.

Option 3. Submit paper copy in-person

We are offering several options for in-person registration throughout the week this summer. Our office will be open for registration during the hours listed below, and additional appointments may be scheduled by contacting the school by phone at 980-343-9919 or by e-mail at LOESregistration@cms.k12.nc.us .

• Monday - 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM

• Tuesday - 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• Wednesday - 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

• Thursday - by appointment only

• Friday – closed
