School Leadership Team (SLT)


Members of the School Leadership Team (SLT) are directly involved in the development and monitoring of the School Improvement Plan, and as appropriate, some of the day-to-day operations of the school.
The School Leadership Team:
  • Facilitates the development of the School Improvement Plan.
  • Uses data as the driving force to create programmatic instructional change.
  • Monitors, assesses, and amends the School Improvement Plan, as needed.
  • Advances policies and procedures that enhance achievement and meet educational, safety and parent involvement goals.
  • Facilitates communication within the Professional Learning Community.
  • Builds the capacity of the school to address parent and staff concerns.

The School Leadership Team (SLT) is looking for parent representatives to serve during the 2022-2023 school year. The primary mission of the School Leadership Team (SLT) is to assist with the design and implementation of the annual School Improvement Plan.  Parent members provide feedback about initiatives at the school.  They also have the opportunity for input regarding the varied academic and community experiences at Montclaire.

  Elected members attend SLT meetings which occur once a month.

Comité de Liderazgo Escolar 

El Comité de Liderazgo Escolar (SLT) está buscando padres para servir de representantes durante el año escolar 2022-2023 La misión primaria del SLT es de colaborar con el diseño e implementación del Plan de Mejoramiento Escolar que se produce anualmente.  Los padres miembros proveen sus puntos de vista sobre iniciativas escolares.  También, tienen la oportunidad de opinar sobre las variadas experiencias académicas y comunitarias en Montclaire.

 Los candidatos asistirán a reuniones que se llevaran a cabo  una vez al mes y generalmente duraran una hora.
