Paint the Rock!

A great way to celebrate your Smiler is by painting the rock fo rtheir birthday or a recent achievement.  Please reserve your time on the rock using this link.  

PowerSchool Parent Portal


PowerSchool is a secure web-based student-information system that provides real-time updates to parents, teachers, students and school administrators about grades, attendance and assignments. PowerSchool features an email notification of grade changes and parents can view their student’s profile. Obtain your username and password information in the main office.

To create a new PowerSchool parent account do the following:
  1. Using your browser, to to https://cms.powerschool.com/public/home.html.
  2. Click the Create Account tab
  3. Click the Create Account button
  4. Follow the instructions and enter your account information.  To link one or more students to your PowerSchool account, obtain the student's Access ID and Access Password from your student's school. 

ParentSquare

Pineville Elementary utilizes ParentSquare to send communication to families.  Teachers and administration consistently send messages that inform about school and classroom news.  This is also a great resource to support one on one communication with teachers and families.  If you have not gotten an invitation to join, please let your child's teacher know. 


Character Trait of the Month

Pineville Elementary celebrates a monthly character trait through morning meetings and monthly student recognition.   Parents are encouraged to discuss these traits at home.  Check out this link for more information.
