What do I need to bring to the school to register my student?

  1. Two ​​Proofs of Residency
  2. Completed registration packet
  3. Sign the Student and Parent Acknowledgement and Pledge ​the Code of Student Conduct: 
  4. Immunization Records​ 
  5. Completed school forms
  6. Birth Certificate
  7. Report Card/records from prior School Year if possible

​How do I update my address? 

  1. Complete a Change of Address Form
  2. ​Provide two Proofs of Res​idency
