Emergency Action Plans, rescue inhalers, and Epi pens are a necessity, and may save a life! Please make sure I have the proper forms and medications in the Health Room if your child needs ANY medication while at school.

REMEMBER, per CMS policies, students may NOT carry medication to or from school. A parent or guardian must transport medications to and from school and proper paperwork must be on file in the health room (including physician signature for ALL prescription medication). Medication found in backpacks or in the students’ possession on school property is in violation of CMS policies. Exceptions to this rule ONLY if the doctor has signed a self-carry order that is on file in the health room. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter to keep our students safe.

PLEASE have a current and working phone number in the school office daily in the event your child needs your attention.
