*CMS will provide a bus (currently the BLUE bus) from the Dilworth-Sedgefield Campus to the Latta Campus for students participating in school approved clubs/activities.  In order for CMS to plan and provide adequate bus transportation, all participants requiring transportation every afternoon to the Latta Campus MUST fill out an alternate bus stop request form and contact your child’s teacher. This form does not need to be filled out if your child does not go to the Latta campus every day.

**It is extremely important that parents communicate their students’ means of afternoon transportation with their students’ teacher.
