About Us

Sharon Elementary is committed to the theories of multiple intelligences and positive discipline. The theory of multiple intelligences follows the principle that people learn in at least eight different ways. Students know that they are smart and recognize the talents of others. Through positive discipline, students learn problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Students use closed circuit TV, video production equipment, and Promethean Boards in all classrooms. We are also 1:1 with Chromebooks in 3nd - 5th grade, while our k - 2nd grade classes utilize ipads and small group Chromebooks in each room.  Over 450 community and parent volunteers support the school.

We have 87 staff members here at Sharon Elementary that look forward to working with your children in different facets throughout each day.
