REGISTRATION INFORMATION

We are excited to welcome your family to South Charlotte Middle School! Home of the Shockers!

To enroll a student you may come by the school between the hours of 10:00AM and 2:00PM, or contact our Kim Pace at kimberlya.pace@cms.k12.nc.us, or 980-343-5736.

Documents needed to enroll:

Completed (Paper) Student Enrollment Form
Copy of student birth certificate or other proof of age and legal name
Proof of Mecklenburg County residency (see page 2 of enrollment form)
Most up-to-date immunization records (Complete record required by the first day of school entry)
Health Assessment (All children entering NC public schools for the first time must submit proof of a health assessment within 30 days of the start of school.)
Immunization requirements for school attendance

If you are coming from another country to register, please visit the CMS International Center before coming to South Charlotte Middle.
