Visual Art Department Scholastic Art Entries and Awards

Our visual art department each year enters in many contests. We compile these artworks that have been entered to share with staff, students, and parents. It is always our goal to promote student exhibition and performance as students learn to compete regionally and nationally with their craft. This prepares them for future success in the arts and give them the experiences to push them to new levels, while also competing for scholarship opportunities.

This year we had several scholastic key winners, and each are labeled with the presentation with the key they received (gold, silver, or honorable mention). Gold key winners will advance to the national level and those results will be informed in May. We are waiting to hear back on whether the gold, silver, and honorable mention works will be put on display in Charlotte.  Please use the link below to view their artwork that has been categorized by teacher and subject area. Link
