The School Leadership Team (SLT) is a group of teachers, administrators, staff, and others who work together to improve SAE by addressing goals in our School Improvement Plan (SIP).
Purpose of the School Leadership Team
- Facilitate the involvement of the school community in designing and implementing the School Improvement Plan (SIP).
- Coordinate the activities associated with the design and implementation of the School Improvement Plan (SIP).
- Encourage, support, and create opportunities for involvement from parents.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the School Improvement Plan strategies.
