Mrs. Fay arrived last December and is thrilled to begin her first full year as a Counselor at Sterling Elementary School. She moved from Northern Virginia, and received her Master's in Counseling from Marymount University.

Mrs. Arnold is excited to begin her first year at Sterling Elementary School after having worked in a high school and taking a year off with her children. She received her Master's in Counseling from Clemson University.

School Counseling Programs are collaborative efforts benefiting students, parents, teachers, administrators, and the overall community. School Counseling Programs should be an integral part of students' daily educational environment, and school counselors should be partners in student achievement.
