Greetings Whitewater Middle Families!
I hope you are having a wonderful summer and your students are getting excited to come back to school. Although school does not start until August 29th, I wanted to share a few updates. I will continue to update you throughout the month. Additionally, once school starts you can expect a weekly email via Parent Square every Sunday at 6:00.
School Hours:Our school hours are 9:15-4:15. Students are able to enter the building beginning at 8:45.
Student Schedules:Student schedules are still being finalized. We expect that schedules will be complete by August 19th. We will not be changing elective classes for any student.
Uniforms:Whitewater Middle will continue to be a uniform school for the 22-23 school year. Students can wear green, blue, white or black collared shirts and black, blue or khaki pants.
Transportation:If you have registered for transportation, you will receive bus information the week of August 22 in our back to school mailer.
Open House:Open House is scheduled for Thursday, August 25th 4:30-7:30. At this time you will be able to pick up a paper copy of your student’s schedule, meet his or her teachers, tour the school and pick up your student’s chromebook.
Sixth Grade Orientation:We are excited to be able to host our sixth graders prior to the start of the school year. Please have your student join us for Gator Gear Up on August 11 from 10:00-12:00 or 1:00-3:00. This event is for students only.

School Supply List:You can find a list of requested supplies here. A PDF is also attached and the list will be posted on our website.
Parent Square:Please be sure to sign up for Parent Square and download the app. All communication from staff will flow through this platform for the 22-23 school year.
